Siobhan Morgan is a litigation lawyer with our office who focuses her practice primarily on the area of family law.
Siobhan can assist with divorce, parenting matters, child and spousal support, property division, adoption and child protection, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. Siobhan is a skilled advocate and her approach in negotiating and litigating family law disputes allow her to effectively assist and promote resolution in a timely and economic manner. Siobhan strives for cost-effective and efficient means of reaching the goals of her clients.
Siobhan previously practiced as a partner with a leading firm in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Siobhan has successfully represented clients at every level of Court in Saskatchewan.
Siobhan was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2015 and will be called to the Alberta bar in 2025. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. While at the U of S, Siobhan spent time studying abroad at the University of Helsinki in Finland and at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Siobhan also obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in History of Art in 2010 from the University of Victoria and psychology and sociology in 2007.
Siobhan has served as a director on not-for-profit organizations that promote healthy communities, including Family Service Saskatoon, CHEP Good Food Inc., and ArtSpace YXE.
Siobhan enjoys trail running with her young labrador pup, skiing, and cooking.
