Cassidy Newfield

Cassidy joined DBB as an articling student in 2020, working primarily in the civil litigation group.

Throughout law school, Cassidy served as the Vice President of Administration for the Society of Law Students and volunteered as a Caseworker for Student Legal Assistance, helping low-income clients with various family, civil, and criminal law matters.

Cassidy values experiential diversity, which has led her to participate in international study programs at the University of Iceland, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the University of Trento in Italy.

In her free time, Cassidy enjoys playing squash and tennis, hiking, climbing, and skiing in the mountains with her puppy Margot.
